Healthy Choice

I started using this groundnut oil for everyday cooking, and I can clearly feel the difference. Food is lighter, and my kids don’t complain of heaviness after meals. The flavor is mild, not overpowering. I like that it reminds me of the cold-pressed oils my grandmother used to talk about.

Meri maa purane zamane mein hamesha mungfali ka tel use karti thi. Jab maine is oil se paratha aur poha banaya to wahi bachpan ka swaad wapas aa gaya. Bahut halka hai, pet mein jaldi hazam ho jata hai. Ab main refined tel bilkul use nahi karti.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

What makes cold-pressed groundnut oil better than refined oil?

Cold-pressed groundnut oil is extracted using a slow, chemical-free process that retains nutrients, aroma, and natural antioxidants. Unlike refined oils, it’s free from harmful chemicals, preservatives, and high-heat processing, making it a healthier choice for everyday cooking.

Is your groundnut oil made from organically grown peanuts?

Yes, we use 100% certified organic groundnuts sourced from our own farms. They are grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, ensuring that the oil you consume is clean, safe, and pure from seed to bottle.

Can I use this oil for deep frying or traditional Indian cooking?

Absolutely. Our cold-pressed groundnut oil has a high smoke point (~160–170°C), making it excellent for deep frying, tadka, sautéing, or making traditional dishes. It enhances the flavor naturally and doesn't break down into harmful compounds at typical cooking temperatures.

Does this oil have a strong smell or taste of peanuts?

It has a mild, natural nutty aroma and taste, which is characteristic of pure groundnut oil. It adds a subtle richness to dishes without overpowering them. If you’re used to refined oils, the aroma may seem new—but it’s a sign of purity and freshness.

Is your groundnut oil suitable for people with nut allergies?

Since it’s made from groundnuts (peanuts), it may not be suitable for individuals with peanut allergies. We advise consulting a healthcare professional before using it if you or your family members have a known nut allergy.
