Unopened Products: We accept returns for unopened products within 14 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened or used products (unless they arrived damaged or defective.)
Products purchased during sale periods or with promotional discounts. (You might consider offering exchanges in these cases instead)
Refund Process

Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Important Notes
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
